A song a year

On my last birthday I set myself a challenge to make a playlist with a song from each year of my life. There aren’t any rules except it has to be a song I like and maybe an emphasis on something that represents the times. I make no claims to good taste!

Some eras like the 1980s and 1990s were easier than others and there are still a few gaps to fill, but I’ve got the first 30 years done so far.

So here’s the first one. Not a bad start and I was surprised this is older than I expected.
